Durgadevi Jeep Safari Booking

Durgadevi Safari Zone is the hill safari zone located towards North-Eastern side of Corbett National Park, along banks of Ramganga River at distance of 30 km from Ramnagar,. Visitors can enter this zone via Durgadevi Gate and need to show the permit at the entrance gate. Durgadevi Safari zone is particularly famous for sighting wild elephants and Otters at Domunda River. Famous Masheer fish can also be seen in the waters of Ramganga River in Durga Devi zone. Lush green forest in Durgadevi Safari Range provides ample opportunity for bird watching as well. Tourist can also stay overnight in Lohachaur Forest Rest House of Durgadevi zone. Durgadevi Zone is open for visitors from 15th November to 15th June and remains closed during monsoon season. Safaris can be booked in advance from the Corbett National Park official website. Along with big cats like Bengal tigers, leopards, several types other animals like wild elephants, black bears as well as different types of deer and antelopes namely Chital, Sambar, Hog Deer are found in Durga devi safari zone of corbett national park. Durga devi zone is also a perfect place for the birding in Corbett national park, there are around 600 species of resident and migratory birds are seen in Corbett national park.

  • For Foreigners: Total package amount is INR 12,000/- per jeep per time
    • INR 9,400/- to be paid at the time of booking
    • INR 2,800/- to be paid at the time of boarding 
  • Permit issued by Forest department with GST to enter in Durga devi zone
  • Payment processing charges

Cancellation / Amendment Policy:

  • After booking, there shall be no cancellation refund for any booking under any circumstances and no request shall be entertained for refund.
  • For amendment, INR 2000/ INR 7000 will be the charge per jeep (subject to availability).

It is always best to book your permit in advance before reaching at the Corbett tiger reserve as there is always a rush of tourists for the safari and only 15 safari jeeps are allowed to enter into the Durga devi zone in one shift and almost all jeeps are pre-booked.
