Phato safari zone at Jim Corbett National Park recently opened newest safari zone. Phato Zone Jim Corbett was inaugurated by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Damodar Modi and Uttarakhand Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Dhami on January 2, 2022. Phato safari zone is located in northern part of Jim Corbett National Park and Amangarh Tiger Reserve in Terai West Forest Division,. Because of the increasing number of tourists, the photo zone has been established in Jim Corbett Park as the seventh zone by expanding it from the already established 7 zone.

Fato Zone is one of well-known zones where the love of wildlife and the pleasant feeling of nature will give good vibes. Tigers are key animal to be found in Corbett National Park. Phato zone is uniquely beautiful and being here is another level of joy and enchantment. Fato is a wonderful tourist zone and tourists love to fulfill their excursion craving here. Considerably Phato zone is seventh zone of the Ramnagar. Jeep safari in Phato zone through Phato entry gate in Mohan Nagar, Maldhan and the entry gate is 28 km away from Ramnagar. 50 jeeps safari each safari conducted in morning and evening respectively for 3 hours. There is an abundance of wildlife here spotting tigers is very easy.

• For Foreigners: Total package amount is INR 12,000/- per jeep per time
• INR 9,400/- to be paid at the time of booking
• INR 2,800/- to be paid at the time of boarding 
• Permit issued by Forest department with GST to enter in Durga devi zone
• Payment processing charges

Cancellation / Amendment Policy:

• After booking, there shall be no cancellation refund for any booking under any circumstances and no request shall be entertained for refund.
• For amendment, INR 2000/ INR 7000 will be the charge per jeep (subject to availability).

It is always best to book your permit in advance before reaching at the Corbett tiger reserve as there is always a rush of tourists for the safari and only 50 safari jeeps are allowed to enter into the Phato zone in one shift and almost all jeeps are pre-booked.
